At Centicini Team LTD (“we”, “our”, “us”), we are committed to delivering high-quality systematic review services, academic consulting, digital training, AI/data science solutions, software development, and related professional services.
Because of the specialised nature of our services, this Refund & Return Policy is designed to protect both our clients and our company while ensuring fairness, transparency, and compliance with digital service laws and global best practices.
By purchasing or using any of our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
GENERAL REFUND PRINCIPLE
Centicini Team LTD operates primarily within digital, intellectual, consulting, and customised service industries. As a result, most payments are non-refundable, especially once work has begun or access has been granted.
This is standard practice for:
Research consulting
Academic/educational services
CenticiniGate Subscription
Digital products
Training programs
Software development
Intellectual work
Customised professional support
Our expertise and time cannot be “returned,” therefore refunds are strictly controlled.
NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICES
The following services are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances once initiated, delivered, accessed, or commenced:
a. Custom Academic & Research Services
Systematic reviews
Meta-analyses
Literature reviews
Data extraction & synthesis
Research writing, editing, supervision, or consulting
Academic publications assistance
Reason: These are custom, labour-intensive services with immediate intellectual value.
b. Digital Courses, Training & Online Programs
Access to recorded trainings
Access to digital learning platforms
Paid webinars
Certificates
Tickets to training events
In-person workshops after attendance
Reason: Digital access cannot be “returned” once given.
c. Web, Mobile & AI/ML Development Services
Software builds
App development
Model development
UI/UX design
Programming tasks
Once work begins or any deliverable is shared, the service becomes non-refundable.
d. Consulting Sessions
Paid consulting sessions (online or physical) are non-refundable once:
The session is booked
Materials have been prepared
Time has been allocated
Consultation has occurred
e. Fast-Track / Express Services
Because express services require schedule changes and prioritization, they are strictly non-refundable once purchased.
CONDITIONAL REFUNDS (VERY LIMITED)
Refunds are granted only in rare, strictly-defined situations that must meet all conditions below:
a. Work Has Not Started
A refund may be approved if:
Payment was made,
Client immediately requests cancellation,
And no work, planning, consultation, or resource assignment has started.
Once work begins even initial research or planning the refund is void.
b. Duplicate Payment
If a client accidentally pays twice for the same service, the duplicate portion will be refunded after verification.
c. Centicini-Initiated Inability to Deliver
If Centicini Team LTD is unable to deliver a service for internal reasons, and work has not begun, a refund may be issued.
This does not apply if delays are caused by:
Late submission of materials
Incomplete information
Client unresponsiveness
Changes in project scope
d. Wrong Product Purchased
If a client mistakenly purchases the wrong training package or digital product and has not accessed it, we may approve a refund or offer an equivalent exchange.
Access = no refund.
REFUND REQUEST PROCEDURE
To request a refund, clients must:
Email info@centicini.com with:
Full name
Payment receipt
Date of purchase
Reason for refund request
Refund requests are reviewed within 5–10 business days.
Decision will be communicated via email.
Approval is NOT guaranteed and is strictly at the discretion of Centicini Team LTD.
NO REFUNDS FOR PROJECT OUTCOMES
We do not guarantee or refund based on outcomes beyond our control, including:
Grades
Publication acceptance
Supervisor feedback
Journal decisions
Institutional delays
Changes in school guidelines
Revisions required by universities or journals
Our responsibility is to deliver the service professionally — outcomes remain the client’s responsibility.
DELIVERY TIMELINES
Refunds are not issued due to delays caused by:
Late submission of materials
Changes made by the client mid-project
Unclear or inconsistent instructions
Institutional changes
Force majeure (power/internet issues, strikes, emergencies)
We always strive for timely delivery but cannot be held liable for delays caused by external factors.
ACCESS REVOCATION
In cases where a refund is approved for a digital product (rare), the client agrees that:
Access to platforms will be revoked
Course certificates (if issued) become invalid
All downloaded materials must be deleted
The client cannot use or share any content thereafter
Violation may lead to legal consequences.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Before raising disputes with a payment provider or bank, the client must notify us first.
Failure to do so constitutes a breach of this policy.
All disputes shall be resolved under Nigerian law.
FRAUD PREVENTION CLAUSE
Centicini Team LTD may deny refunds if:
There is evidence of fraud, deceit, or misuse
The client attempts to obtain work and then reverse payment
Chargebacks are initiated after service delivery
False claims or fabricated issues are presented
We reserve the right to blacklist such clients from future services.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
Centicini Team LTD may amend this policy at any time to reflect evolving business needs or legal requirements.
Updated versions will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date.
