Make payments promptly
Centicini Team LTD is not responsible for project delays caused by incomplete information from clients.
PAYMENT TERMS
All payments must be completed before work begins, unless otherwise agreed.
Payments are processed securely through Paystack or other approved gateways.
Prices may vary depending on project scope, deadlines, or additional requirements.
Clients are responsible for transfer charges (if any).
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Refunds may be granted only under these conditions:
If work has not started at all
If the wrong service was purchased
If a duplicate payment was made
If Centicini is unable to deliver the service for internal reasons
Refunds are not granted for:
Digital products already delivered
Training sessions already accessed or attended
Work that has already begun, whether partially or fully
Expected academic outcomes (e.g., grades, publication acceptance)
Custom projects (systematic reviews, data analysis, web dev) are non-refundable once work starts.

You agree to attend at the scheduled time (for live classes)
You may receive recordings (if applicable)
Certificates are issued based on attendance and/or completion
